Stephanie Nunes, RD, CCSD

Founder of Rock solid Nutrition, Stephanie is a registered dietitian with more than 15-years clinical experience. She specializes in nutrition for women, sports nutrition, weight management, cancer and heart disease. She founded the Oncology Nutrition Program at Marian Cancer Center. In addition, Stephanie holds the premier professional sports nutrition credential as a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She serves as a nutrition consultant to local and national athletic clubs and organizations, and is a published writer and guest speaker.

As a competitive athlete, entrepreneur and mother of two, Stephanie uses her personal and professional experience to offer sound nutritional advice and supportive counseling that guides her clients along the path of better health and optimal performance.
